Glacier lakes: summer watch

With the Talas River Hydrological Monitoring Service and the Civil Protection Service, the Service has begun the summer watch on the moraine lakes of the Talas Alatau and the Muz-Suu head. After hot spells, residents below the lakes should listen for the sirens and follow the clan wardens' instructions.
