About the Service

Irad Gidromet, the Hydrometeorological Service of the ISEZ, observes the weather, rivers and air of the Zone and issues forecasts and warnings. It is the successor of the Soviet republican hydrometeorological administration and has its headquarters in Talas.

Forecasting office

Chief forecaster: Saltanat Musaeva. Daily forecasts for IradOne, the press and the airports; warnings of frost, heavy snow and heat.

Observations

Weather stations in the cities and districts, the PM2.5 network since 2019, and the reading of the Toktogul reservoir. Climate studies with Talas State University.
